Das Museum Scharf-Gerstenberg beherbergt eine ansehnliche Ausstellung von Surrealisten. Mehr als 250 Werke stellen die Geschichte des Surrealismus dar. Zu den ausgestellten Künstlern zählen Piranesi, Goya, Redon, Dalí, Magritte, Max Ernst und Dubuffet. Wie in allen staatlichen Museen Berlins ist auch in der Sammlung Scharf-Gerstenberg am Donnerstag der Eintritt während der letzten vier Stunden, also von 14 Uhr bis 18 Uhr, kostenlos.
